I am looking for a web developer that can build me a dating web site by march that is very complex. I need the person to be able to to do live web cam and instant messaging and a lot of other cool stuff. I need someone that knows what they are doing and is very good at what they do. I am looking for someone that has done this sort of stuff before, someone that is hard working, does not disappears for day's on end. their are a lot of shady web developers out their so if you are one don't bother e-mailing me B/C I will be doing a back ground check.
